| Unreleased | The unit has been created but is not yet available for sale. This is the initial status when a unit is first added to the system. |
| Available | The unit is ready for sale and can be reserved or purchased by customers. It displays as "Available" or "Available to Reserve" in Customer Connect. |
| Reserved | A customer has expressed intent to purchase by completing a reservation flow in customer connect or a sales representative has manually reserved the unit. This status is optional. |
| Executed | A deal has been created and contract documents have been generated. The contract is ready for or in the process of being signed. |
| Subject | All purchasers and the developer have signed the contract and addendums. The deal is now subject to any conditions outlined in the agreement. |
| Firm | The developer has signed and all subject conditions have been satisfied or waived. The deal is legally binding and proceeding to close. |
| Closed | The transaction is complete. Possession or title transfer has occurred and the sale is fully finalized. |
