Future Development

This page summarizes upcoming areas of the Pluto platform that are relevant to existing customers planning their roadmaps and integrations. Timelines and scope may evolve; release notes will provide authoritative updates.

Service and Warranty​

We plan to make the Pluto Service application generally available as part of the platform. The application is already functionally complete and used internally; remaining work focuses on polish, scalability, and support processes.

What to expect:

  • Linked lifecycle from sales through possession and into service/warranty
  • Checklists, issue tracking, and homeowner communication
  • Reuse of existing platform components (templates, notifications, roles/permissions)

Change Orders and Purchasing Integration​

We’re preparing a solution for sales change orders that synchronizes with accounting/ERP systems. This involves integrating with systems such as Sage 300 CRE (with HH2) and, longer term, Sage Intacct and Acumatica.

What to expect:

  • Controlled change workflows with approvals and pricing
  • Sync of items and costs to supported accounting systems
  • Guidance for on‑premises and hybrid environments

Notes and constraints:

  • HH2 and on‑premises deployments introduce scaling and connectivity considerations
  • Supported systems and features will be staged; consult release notes for availability

Expanded ERP Modules​

Over time, we intend to broaden the platform beyond sales to include additional modules such as:

  • Construction and Development Workbenches
  • Property Investigation and Acquisition
  • On‑site tools and Trade Portal
  • Schedule integrations
  • Native mobile app enhancements
  • Advanced reporting (MIS)
  • Pluto Central + Admin for centralized administration

Implementation Considerations​

Bringing full ERP capabilities online involves significant onboarding and change‑management work in addition to software delivery. We will sequence releases to minimize disruption and provide clear migration paths, training, and support materials.
