This document outlines the minimum technical requirements necessary to access and use the Pluto Systems platform, including the Client Portal, Customer Connect, and the Pluto Signing Service (collectively, the "Services"). To ensure optimal performance and security, we recommend using the latest versions of supported operating systems and browsers.
Overview
Pluto Systems is a web-based platform designed to be accessible across a wide range of devices and operating systems. The Services are optimized for modern web browsers and do not require any software installation or downloads.
Supported Operating Systems
The Services are compatible with the following operating systems:

- Important notifications and updates about your transaction
- Document delivery and signing requests
SMS Capability (Optional)
While not required, SMS capability may be used as an alternative method for receiving security verification codes.
PDF Viewing
The Services include built-in document viewing capabilities. However, if you choose to download documents for offline viewing, you may need a PDF reader application installed on your device.
